How long is the warranty period?
Mydollpro warrants to the original purchaser that the Product(s) shall be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of one year for labor and one year for parts from the date of the original invoice.
Should the Product(s) supplied by Mydollpro prove defective because of improper workmanship or material as reasonably determined by us, Mydollpro agrees, at its option, to either repair or replace the Product free of charge, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING
- Damage due to user negligence, accidents, dis-assembly, waterlog, misuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.
- Improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Failure to perform required preventive maintenance
- Use not following the ‘User Guide’ or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product materials.
- Unauthorized modification or commercial use.
- Damage in return transit.
- Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties.
- Products that are altered or repaired by anyone not authorized by Mydollpro
- Usage not following instructions accompanying the Product(s)
- Failure to perform required preventive maintenance,
- Weather conditions, lightning, fire, water, or any acts of nature
- Furthermore, Mydollpro is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
How can I Request a Warranty replacement or repair?
You must email our customer service email@example.comfirstname.lastname@example.org within the applicable warranty period with your order number and your specific inquiries. Please describe your problems that you encountered with as much detail as you can.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as set forth herein, Mydollpro disclaims any and all warranties and representations other than those explicitly specified in this contract; any warranties, if separately provided in writing, are extended only to the Buyer whose name is shown on this invoice/contract. Warranties do not cover product damaged by external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties, Products that are altered or repaired by anyone not authorized by Mydollpro, usage not following instructions accompanying the Product(s), or failure to perform required preventive maintenance, including but not limited to backups, problems caused by use of software, parts and components not supplied by Mydollpro, weather conditions, lightning, fire, water, or any acts of nature; Mydollpro shall not be obligated to provide any warranty service or obligations unless customer has paid its invoices in full under this or any other Mydollpro invoice. Mydollpro shall have the sole discretion in determining whether the Product is covered under the warranty for labor and/or warranty for parts.
This contract shall be governed and construed per the laws of the People's Republic of China. Buyer agrees that competent courts in the People's Republic of China shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action concerning this contract. In the event of any dispute related to this contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fee and costs.
2.Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy. You have 7 days to return the item from the date that you received it.(confirmed by Shipping Tracking record). Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened items. To request a refund for an unopened item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to obtain a return authorization number. We do not bear the shipping cost for returning the goods to us.
If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at email@example.comfirstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product please contact us . You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We may advise the use of certain shipping carriers.
